The Only 1 Matte Lipstick You’ll Ever Need

Happy Friday loves!

Out of all the make-up products we apply to our faces everyday, lipstick has to be my least favourite product. Honestly why are we as women obsessed with lipsticks? It’s dehydrating, drying and can cause major irritation but yet we smother it over lips everyday. Personally I can’t get away without applying some kind of lip colour on my lips, whether it’s lipstick or lipgloss due to my two-toned lips so it’s safe to say lipsticks are an essential part of my make-up routine.

If you’re a fan of Rimmel London, you might remember they recently launched The Only 1 lipsticks back in September, a collection of 20 moisturising all in one lipsticks. Well now they’ve launched a brand new additional collection called The Only 1 Matte lipsticks. A collection of 9 matte lipsticks in a variety of nude and bright shades. The formula claims to be non-drying, have long-lasting colour and have all day staying power. Out of all the matte lipsticks I’ve worn, these are the softest, smoothest matte formula I’ve ever tried. They glide on to the lips so effortlessly and as you can tell from the photos the pigmentation is absolutely insane! The wow colour you see on the stick is the one on your lips. The brilliantly bold, flattering colour looks freshly applied all day and the feeling of comfort lasts for hours.

Whether you’re fair skinned or dark skinned, have big lips or small lips, there’s definitely a colour to suit you. As you can see I swatched every single colour and some suited me more than others.
