Happy Friday my loves!
When I previously featured Soap and Glory on the blog, some of you mentioned you had never heard of the brand before which surprised me as it’s a global beauty brand. So today I’ve decided to focus on the skincare products as opposed to the cosmetics. I actually discovered the brand through their amazing skincare products as they’re widely available in drugstores making them affordable and easily attainable.
If you don’t currently have one of these miniature sized bottles stuffed into the bottom of your handbag, then what the hell is wrong with you? I’m sure we can all agree this is the best smelling hand cream on the market. I’m so loyal to hand food it’s actually bordering on obsessive/boring. I’ve been using it since I was a student and let’s face it, who can resist this pretty pink packaging?
Wish Upon a Jar
Admittedly I never have enough patience to apply night products to my face before bed (I usually knock out on my bed after writing my blog posts after work) so this took me awhile to get used to. I continued to persevere with it because of the antioxidants and superpeptides inside making it a rejuvenating moisturiser. A great product for anyone looking for an anti-aging formula. P.S. how cool is this chrome circular packaging?
I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again, you can never have enough body moisturisers (and my collection is rapidly growing now, which goes to show be careful what you wish for lol). I remember the righteous body butter being my go-to moisturiser as a student. I was absolutely obsessed with it and now I remember why! The thick, creamy texture nourishes your skin perfectly and the scent is so sweet, similar to hand food. The daily smooth body butter is just as good and arguably even more nourishing as it has rosehip seed oil & cocoa butter inside. If you’re looking for value for money, I’d go with the righteous butter as the massive 500ml bottle will last months!
Face Soap and Clarity
Who doesn’t love a daily detox? To be honest I’ve never experienced a daily detox before but according to Soap and Glory this face wash will give you one! It’s a thick, sticky formula, which gradually turns into a foaming face wash. The best part? The small beads that help to scrub your face and brighten your skin leaving you feeling fresh and revitalised!
The Fab Pore
I’ve never really been into pampering myself with beauty products, however since the introduction of beauty to my blog I’ve recently become rather obsessed with face masks (not to mention I always see beauty bloggers testing different face masks virtually everyday). This one from Soap and Glory is one of the very few I’ve tried on the market. It smells minty fresh and has a thick, clay like texture. Perfect for a deep cleansing facial treatment!
